We reserve the right to use AI-enabled tools, software and other add-on features from both primary and third-party enabled browsers, platforms, service providers and independent bodies for all technical and operational requirements on this website.
You understand that when you use this site for any and all provided services, the features enabled reflect the utility based on provided systems and these systems may not be compatible with your servos or specifications. We reserve the right to adjust your consumer-based AI logarithm and processing for faster adjustment and modularity to enhance operational performance and flexibility on this site.
This term is only applicable as long as you are actively using this site. The term “using” or “use” refers to this site being actively open, even if not being utilized.
SECTION 19 – CUSTOMER BASED INFORMATION
We shall be responsible for determining whether the data and information provided is appropriate for the storage and processing (including Customer Personal Data) under applicable data protection law. This data entails towards accuracy and legitimacy of information for the sole purposes of transactional and service based interaction.
Customer represents and warrants to this site that the Customer Personal Data provided to or otherwise collected by this site in connection with the Software based transactional processing, the means by which Customer acquired such Customer Personal Data, and the Customer’s instructions for the processing of Customer Personal Data in connection with the site shall comply with all applicable data protection laws.
SECTION 20 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Except as expressly set forth herein, We (where applicable) will retain all intellectual property rights relating to the Site data or the Software or any suggestions, ideas, enhancement requests, feedback, recommendations or other information provided by Customer or any third party relating to the Site and/or the Software, which are hereby automatically assigned to Kanzy premises. Customer will not copy, distribute, reproduce, or use any of the foregoing except as expressly permitted under this Agreement. As between the Parties, WE own all Aggregated Data. This Agreement is not a sale and does not convey to Customer any rights of ownership in or related to the Site, Software or any intellectual property rights.
You acknowledge that this site does not wish to receive any Confidential Information from Customer that is not necessary for Kanzy to perform its obligations under this Agreement, and, unless the Parties specifically agree otherwise, Kanzy may reasonably presume that any unrelated information received from Customer is not Confidential Information, unless such information is marked as “Confidential.”
SECTION 21 – PAYMENT
You as Customer will pay all fees specified in Order Forms / Check-Out (“fees, purchases, purchase-shop, etc. “) plus all applicable sales, use, and other purchase-related taxes in accordance with the payment schedule and payment terms set forth on the overall order value.
You shall be responsible for all taxes related to the final purchase based on the site.
Except as otherwise indicated on the final store page, all fees and expenses shall be in the required currency as provided and online invoices or payment confirmation notice shall be due upon finalization and confirmation of purchase.
We reserve the right to suspend the Service in the event Customer is delinquent in payment of any fees owed herein or if the customer behaviour is deemed as error abiding for the site.
SECTION 22 – MOBILE USAGE (if applicable)

The details stipulated within this terms of service governs your conduct and obligations, and Our rights regarding Endorsements, Reviews and/or Ratings (hereafter) of Kanzy product(s) and services (herein together referred to as “Kanzy products”) that you may submit on this Site.
You agree that the term R&R&E is termed as Reviews And Ratings And Endorsements and as such you as customer are provided with the option to upload and write feedback on the products and services offered by Us.
When submitting a R&R&E you acknowledge and agree that your R&R&E is created and submitted by yourself, and made in good faith. You are a genuine user of the site’s product at the time of your R&R&E which reflects your true and honest opinion, you are at least 18 years old or of legal age as per your domain’s jurisdiction. You are responsible for the contents of your R&R&E. You release, hold harmless and indemnify on behalf of yourself and your successors, assigns and representatives, Kanzy Ltd and each of its respective officers, directors and employees from and against any and all claims, suits, actions, demands, liabilities and damages of any kind whatsoever arising out of or in connection with the use of your R&R&E, including, without limitation, any and all claims for false advertising, copyright infringement, invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity or of moral rights, and/or defamation. You will not include in the R&R&E any information that could identify you or others (you may submit the R&R&E with your first name or a nick name, but you may not include any other personal data in the R&R&E). Notwithstanding the above, we may require specific personal data for authentication purposes (e.g., your e-mail address), and to communicate with you regarding your R&R&E, however this authentication personal information will not be published with the R&R&E.
You further acknowledge and agree that you are not an employee of Kanzy Ltd nor do you work for an affiliate or agency of Kanzy Ltd hired by Us to promote and/or sell Our advertised products; OR, if that is the case, you include a clear and conspicuous disclosure of your relationship with Kanzy Ltd in your R&R&E. DO NOTE THAT THIS CLAIM WILL BE VERIFIED AND YOU ARE LIABLE TOWARDS LEGAL PRECEDENCE FROM KANZY LTD., IF YOU VIOLATE THIS TERM OR IF YOU IMPERSONATE YOUR RELATIONSHIP FOR ANY OTHER PURPOSE.
Your R&R&E is made without any prior payment or benefit or promise of payment or future benefit made to you (or the expectation by you of any payment or benefit in return for your proposed R&R&E); OR, if you will/do/did receive any payment or benefit, whether prior or after providing your R&R&E, you clearly disclose this fact as you provide your R&R&E and respect these Terms.
Your R&R&E does not contain content that is false, misleading, offensive, obscene, hate speech, derogatory, defamatory, libelous, slanderous, or otherwise inappropriate; that infringes any third party’s right (such as, but not limited to, copyright, trademark rights). Your R&R&E does not include any content about other companies or their brands. Your R&R&E does not contain programming or materials containing any Trojan horses, viruses, worms, harmful code, or other potentially damaging information, programs, file OR any other content that otherwise violates any other laws or regulations.
SECTION 24 – R&R&E SUBMISSION CLAUSE
When you submit a Submission, you agree and must respect that You are 18 years or older. Your Submission is voluntary, original created by you in good faith, and not an impersonation or someone else’s content. Your Submission does NOT contain content which includes personal information of another individual, or information or opinions about an identified or reasonably identifiable individual, unless prior consent has been obtained from that individual for sharing such information with this site. Where Submissions are indicated to be public, you will not include any information that could identify you or others. You may include your first name or a nick name; where we require certain personal data for authentication purposes (e.g., your e-mail address) or optionally to communicate with you regarding your Submission, this authentication personal information will not be published. Your Submission (or any portion of it) has not been included in nor planned for use in any other advertising or promotional materials, for Kanzy Ltd or any third party, and is free of rights in that regard. By submitting a Submission, you grant Kanzy Ltd., to the extent allowed by applicable law, a non-exclusive, worldwide, unlimited, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, fully sublicensable and transferable right and license to use, monitor, review, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, transmit, display, and perform such Submission(s), in whole or in part, in any media, format or technology, online or offline, whether now known or hereafter discovered, and in any manner including, but not limited to, all promotional, public viewing and/or commenting (whether on this web page or on third party web pages), advertising, marketing, merchandising, publicity, and commercial uses and ancillary uses thereof, without any further notice or payment to or permission needed from you (except where prohibited by law).
This includes to use the information that may be personal information, such as your name, biographical information, vocal recordings of you, and/or any illustrations, photographic or videographic image(s) of you or any other indicia of your right of publicity rights (collectively “Your Personal Content”) as contained in your Submission, in composite or distorted form or as otherwise incorporated into other creative works of authorship, in any media, format or technology, online or offline, and in any manner including, but not limited to, all promotional, public viewing and/or commenting (whether on this web page or on third party web pages), advertising, marketing, merchandising, publicity, and commercial uses and ancillary uses thereof, without any further notice or payment to or permission needed from you. Without limiting the foregoing, in no event will you be entitled to, and you waive any right to, enjoin, restrain or interfere with use of the Submission or Your Personal Content embodied in such Submission or the exploitation of any of the Kanzy’s rights as noted beforehand.
Notwithstanding the above, this site may use trusted third parties that monitor Submissions before publication for purposes of authentication and compliance. Random monitoring checks are also executed from time to time for sampling purposes to verify compliance with these terms.
We collectively reserve and maintain the right to refuse or remove Submissions and/or withdraw access to a User if the Submissions violates these Terms and/or applicable laws and regulations, remove personal data that may appear in the Submissions for data protection purposes.
SECTION 25 – GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of United Kingdom.
